RG-300 and RG-400 drain-well series entrance grates
Great choice for high traffic interior or covered exterior areas. Made of extruded aluminum with box beam rails fastened to support rails, spaced 12" on center construction, provides protection from vibration. Both mats are ideal for foot and cart traffic for heavy interior or exterior applications. RG-300 and RG-400 mats are fabricated from at least 70% recycled aluminum material. Grates carries the rolling loads up to 350 lbs and 450 lbs. per wheel.

Section Size – 144 ” wide x 96 ” long
Single section width is limited by the length of the tread (144 inch) and (96
inch) length is maximum single section recommended by the manufacturer.
Custom sizes are available, but manufacturer does not recommend to make
each section larger than suggested. Also, handling larger size sections would get heavy due to
the weight and it more likely to be damaged during the handling.

Rail Material
Extruded aluminum alloy 6105-T5, RG-300 and RG-400 grates are fabricated from at least 70% recycled aluminum material. Rail finishes are available in Mil finish (standard), Clear Anodized, Medium Bronze Anodized, Black Anodized finishes. You can choose from manufacturer's color samples.

Safe, Heel-proof Design
Mats are heel-proof with 3/16 inch tight gap between the treads, it will not act as a trap for heels and all shoe types. Still allows dirt and debris to be trapped below the mat's surface level.

There are five available manufacturer's standard colors for inserts, also fibers are waterproof and involve UV inhibitors for exterior use. Excellent indoor and outdoor performance.
