Basic steel grate

390 Steel Mat is recommended for out door use but can also be used in a recessed slot. It is constructed of 13 gauge galvanized steel that wraps around 3/8" thick cold rolled steel in a 1" x 1" open mesh/grid pattern with smooth edges and red tubing to cover the exposed steel wraps for added protection. Effectively scrapes and traps dirt from shoes dropping below. Rolls up nicely for cleaning and storage and is light in weight so moving it should not be an issue. Being made of steel you have no worries when it comes to rain, snow, salt, mud or UV rays making the mat ideal for out door use that has heavy foot traffic. It is also rust resistant. This style mat is also usable as a drag mat to smooth a baseball field or any kind of sand patch by clipping a rope on one side of the mat but on each ends of that side making it easier to pull/drag it. With cleaning, it is recommended that it be hosed down and if necessary can be scrubbed lightly with mild detergent, letting it dry completely before placing back into use. Not ideal for homes with pets as it can hurt their paws/pads because it is made of steel and has a grid pattern. Mat is available in fifteen different sizes - Not available in custom sizing. Can be washed with a garden hose using a mild non-bleech detergent. Hang to dry before putting back into use.
