137 Opera Entrance mats are actually three different mats in one. This mat is constructed into three different zones that are color coordinated and brought together to create a great functional mat with a professional look. Zone 1 “Scrapping” contains looped yarn that is non-absorbent, the first step initial step in catching debris from shoe bottoms. Zone 2, looped Decalon combined with scrapper yarn to begins the drying process. Zone 3, looped with pure Decalon for the ultimate drying stage. Each zone has three to four feet of the yarns listed above; this does depend on your size but we can guarantee that three feet of each zone will be there. Brown, Burgundy and Hunter Green come with color matching vinyl backing and edges. Charcoal Black, Blue and Gray come with black vinyl. Vinyl backing is smooth and slip resistant ensuring little to no mat movement. Six colors to choose from in six standard sizes.

All Oprea Mats (NoTrax products) have been independently tested in the following conditions yielding positive results.
• Accelerated Soiling (ASTM D6540-00): for a predetermined length of time the test piece was subjected to an accelerated soiling process. The sample was vacuumed – rated – submitted to an extraction device and then rated again. Results were based on a visually inspection. Results per Zone: Zone 1= 3-4 vacuum/5 extraction, Zone 2= 4.5 vacuum/5 extraction, Zone 3= 4 vacuum/5 extraction.
• Abrasion Resistance (ASTM D3884-01): was done by rubbing two wheels across the surface in a controlled yet wear-away fashion. The results were measured by grams, which was a weight loss per zone of Zone 1= 1.00, Zone 2= 1.27, Zone 3= 1.45 grams per test specimen.
• Accelerated Wear: an action of rollers with a specified load. Every sample was rotated ten degrees after every pass. Measured by thickness loss which testing resulted by zone is Zone 1= 26.90%, Zone 2= 13.91%, Zone 3= 22.46% loss.
• Flammability (ASTM D2859, CPSC FF 1-70) Measuring the mats response as an ignition source within a controlled environment. To pass, the un-charred area must be greater than one inch. Results were: 3.5 - 3.6 Inches.
• Water Retention: Sample piece was submerged for five minutes in water, removed - drained for fifteen seconds and weighed. Measured in/for weight gain (gallons per square yard) per zone result: Zone 1= .19, Zone 2= .50, Zone 3= .60.
