HDT Anti-Fatigue mats were originally developed for assemble line workers for not only fatigue but also to withstand the use of chairs, stools, or caster wheels as it is a puncher proof surface. Made of Vinyl adhered to a closed cell polymeric sponge in your choice of a 7/8", thick mat or 1/2" thick mat. Top surface is smooth and again is puncher proof, resistant to household fluids, beverages, industrial chemicals, and most oils. Material will hold up to heavy traffic work stations. It offers exceptional fatigue relieve on top of a durable long life. It will suffer no deterioration when it comes to things such as ozone exposure, weather, and is self extinguishing when it was tested in accordance with FMVSS-302. Available in two different thickness in two different standard ship the fastest sizes. HDT is customizable in widths of 24", 36", 48", 60" or 72" widths up to 75 linear feet. Shipping time will be delayed for custom sizing (1-3 weeks.)
Recommend for automotive assembly lines, warehouse assembly, shipping/receiving work stations, laboratories, pharmacies generally any area in need of a mat that can hold up to chairs and stools. Material comes with a 5 year warranty. It is recommended that it receives a daily sweeping and can be mopped using a vinyl safe detergent. It is not recommended however to power wash or hose down but if it comes to that please be sure to allow the proper drying time for the sponge.
